Image types
- JPEG: The term "JPEG" is an acronym for the Joint Photographic Experts Group. This image file type is more commonly used by digital cameras and other photographic image capture devices.
- GIF: GIF stands for Graphics Interchange Format. The GIF file type is animated image files commonly used on web pages.
- PNG: PNG stands for Portable Network Graphics. PNG was designed for transferring images on the Internet, not for print graphics.
Are some of the file sizes bigger than others?: Yes, very much so.
